Asia Cup T20: Big shock for India ahead of match against Pakistan, Jasprit Bumrah out of Asia Cup

Asia Cup T20: The Asia Cup T20 tournament is starting this month. India will play their first match against Pakistan on August 28. Earlier, the Indian team has suffered a big shock. Fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has been ruled out of the entire Asia Cup.

Struggling with a back injury

Bumrah is currently battling a back injury. If he doesn't play, the Indian team may lose in the Asia Cup. India have been placed in Group A. In this, the second team is Pakistan and the third qualifier team. Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Bangladesh have been placed in Group B. 13 matches will be played in this tournament from August 27 to September 11.

Bumrah is another fast bowler who is in danger of being left out of the Asia Cup squad due to injury. Before Bumrah, fast bowler Harshal Patel was also injured. They are also almost out of the Asia Cup. Herschel is in danger of being ruled out of the T20 World Cup as well. Bumrah's injury is disappointing news for India.
